The request

• Leader West and the municipality of Mersch were looking for a partner to roll out a call to citizens to have their opinion on the attractivity of the communal media.

Objectives

• Analyze communication consumption behavior of the citizens in order to improve the existing communication of the commune and reach a broader audience
• Allow residents to express themselves in a citizen approach
• Inform residents about existing communication media

• Realization of a market study online and on paper
• Organization of interviews in the field
• Setting up workshops to develop solutions for a more efficient communication
