The request

• Every year, LIST offers its employees a day of relaxation dedicated to cohesion and motivation. For this edition, we proposed them to plunge their teams into a completely different era by organizing their staff day at the Fond-de-Gras.

Objectives

• Build employee loyalty
• Develop team cohesion
• Encourage meetings between departments
• Offer employees a common experience

Our contribution

• Research & development concept. Two activities proposed:
  – A soapbox race at Fond-de-Gras
  – A criminal investigation between Fond-de-Gras and Lasauvage
• Coordination of service providers and participants
• Logistics management
