The request

• In order to celebrate free transportation, CFL, Luxtram and the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works called upon our services to organize a free event for the general public within Luxtram’s warehouses.

Objectives

• Communicate on free public transport
• Increase the use of public transport
• To offer the general public a great popular event

• Organization of the event in compliance with the Green Events label

• 3 500 participants
• 8 concerts
• 4 foodtrucks
• 36 facilitators
