Siemens’ Health & Safety Day is an internal event dedicated to safety, prevention, and well-being at work. Held on the Contern campus, this morning was designed as a structured, bilingual learning experience, allowing employees to learn, become informed, and actively engage with key health and safety issues in the workplace.

Our work

Le Health & Safety Day was built on rigorous organization and comprehensive coordination, encompassing everything from material design and registration management to session scheduling and operational oversight.
The implementation of a clear flow, a time slot–based registration system, consistent signage, and streamlined logistics ensured a seamless experience for all participants.

This centralized approach guaranteed compliance with internal constraints, coordinated multiple stakeholders, and maintained the overall coherence of the event, while allowing the client to focus on internal priorities and key messages.
