An Enchanted Christmas Celebration

For the Christmas season, the EIB wanted to offer a family day for children and adults. Inspired by the cinematic world of The Wizard of Oz, the event immersed participants in a dreamlike and festive atmosphere, blending elaborate decorations, themed activities, and moments of shared enjoyment. Children explored, played, and dreamed. Adults watched, joined in, and enjoyed themselves. The entire event was designed to create a magical experience while ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience for 2,500 people.

Objectives

  • Strengthen the sense of belonging, loyalty, and employer brand

Our work

The overall design of the event was based on a reinterpretation of the Wizard of Oz universe, expressed through scenography, spatial layout, and the visual identity of the various activity areas.

Each activity was designed to integrate seamlessly into the narrative, while taking into account the diversity of ages, needs, and the large number of participants.

The organization of the spaces, team coordination, and operational supervision ensured smooth circulation, participant safety, and a stress-free experience for all families.
