Raising awareness through experience: an exhibition that can be experienced
How can we talk about food hygiene and safety without boring people or oversimplifying the subject? At ALVA, we chose to take an experimental approach. A conference to set the scene, an interactive exhibition to touch, understand, and remember, and media content to extend the message. The public circulates, manipulates, and questions. The key messages become concrete, clear, and memorable. It’s a different way of learning, one that is lively and engaging.

Objectives
- Inform and raise public awareness in a clear and engaging manner
- Showcasing ALVA’s expertise through an exhibition
- Reinforce key messages through interaction and immersion

Our work
At the heart of the installation, a specially designed, customized kitchen offered 14 fun interactive activities and QR codes that allowed visitors to explore the fundamentals of food safety in an intuitive, trilingual way: hygiene, cooking, labeling, the cold chain, and cross-contamination. To extend the experience beyond the event, we also produced content for social media and a photo report, reinforcing the visibility and impact of the message.
