Imagining, producing, and managing a large-scale medieval staff party

For its 2025 Staff Party, BDO took over the Fond-de-Gras site for an extraordinary day. The event was designed as a large-scale medieval gathering, fully deployed across the venue. Decor, entertainment, and shared moments transformed the site into a space for play and celebration. A carefully crafted event designed to bring people together, leave a lasting impression, and create a powerful shared experience.

Our work

The event was conceived as a medieval adventure unfolding across the entire site. As they progressed, participants moved through animated areas, discovered games, encountered characters, and experienced memorable moments designed as chapters of a single narrative.
Behind the scenes, the organization of the venue, routes, and teams—representing a real logistical challenge—was carefully planned to ensure a smooth and seamless journey, all woven into a custom-created storyline.The evening brought the story to a close with a festive and unifying celebration, leaving BDO employees with a strong and memorable collective experience.
