The BDO Xmas Days, a powerful tool for networking and engagement

Every year, the BDO Xmas Days transform BDO’s headquarters into a true Christmas village. For three days, clients, employees, and their families come together in a festive setting designed as a highlight moment for connection and sharing.

Our Work

For the fourth consecutive year, we supported BDO with a turnkey organization, from creative concept development to the operational coordination of the event.

We designed a traditional set design in red and green tones, immersing participants in a warm, authentic, and unifying Christmas atmosphere.

The program was carefully crafted to structure the key moments across the three days:

  • a jazz duo for an elegant and sophisticated client evening,

  • a digital Christmas-themed rally, tailor-made to encourage employees to move throughout the building and foster interaction,

  • a DJ karaoke to create a relaxed and festive atmosphere among colleagues.

On the culinary side, winter specialties were highlighted around a convivial fire pit, which became a true gathering point.

On Saturday, the event opened up to families with a dedicated day featuring creative workshops — including gingerbread man decorating — offering children a fun and memorable experience.
