It’s the economy, stupid: The Chamber of Commerce’s Back-to-School Forum

For the first edition of its Back-to-School Economic Forum, the Chamber of Commerce entrusted us with the overall communication strategy and event planning. Conceived as a key event for its members, this forum aimed to provide a clear overview of current economic affairs while fostering exchanges and networking.
Our role: to transform an institutional event into a clear, accessible, and engaging experience, promoting understanding and connection among economic stakeholders.

Objectives

  • To offer members a high-quality review of current economic events
  • To encourage networking and meetings between economic stakeholders
  • To strengthen the Chamber of Commerce’s image as an expert and leading authority

Our work

We supported the Forum as a strategic partner, from the initial concept development to monitoring its impact. A dedicated visual identity was designed to provide a clear, legible, and consistent presentation of the event, and then applied across all communication materials.
The audiovisual content, the highlighting of key moments, and the scripting of presentations were all planned in advance to structure the message and pace the participants’ experience. On the day of the event, we provided operational support to ensure the overall coherence of the setup.
Finally, we contributed to the impact analysis, allowing us to measure participant engagement and establish this new economic event as a long-term fixture.
