50 Years of Tralux – An Anniversary to Unite Employees

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Tralux brought together its employees and their families for a large-scale Family Day, designed as a truly unifying event. In the unique heritage setting of Fond-de-Gras, the event combined family activities, official speeches, and a festive evening to offer a warm and memorable collective experience. The event strengthened a sense of belonging, fostered human connection, and reinforced the transmission of company values.

Our work

Fond-de-Gras was the obvious choice: a site steeped in history, perfectly aligned with the world of construction. Conceived as a family-friendly and unifying event, the day brought together young and old for shared moments, discoveries, and activities, while also celebrating the company’s anniversary and expertise through striking elements, such as a giant personalized cake and banners.

A convivial atmosphere was at the heart of the event, enhanced by a barbecue and a live band. To extend the experience and create a lasting memory, participants received, a few weeks later, the special 50th-anniversary beer, brewed during the day. The event continued into the evening with food trucks on hand.
